Position SummaryThe Electrical Foreman will successfully lead electrical crews in an industrial operating environment while supporting both maintenance and project execution activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a safety-first mindset, and proven experience coordinating electrical work within complex industrial facilities while maintaining schedule, quality, and productivity expectations.
Primary Responsibilities- Direct employees and crew
- Plan work; take responsibility and accountability for their crew; motivate employees
- Review and interpret drawings specifications
- Be familiar with jobsite safety plan and enforce safe practices
- Support and conduct training in safety
- Be familiar with work assigned and ensure that all work meets or exceeds the standards
- Prepare and submit timesheets, safety reports, quality and quantity reports, and other required reports
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds the standards.
Qualifications- Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
- Industrial and Project execution experience
- ICCS (Industrial Construction Crew Supervisor)
- Supervisory experience (Preferred)
- Location: Fort Saskatchewan (Local Position)
- Schedule: 4/10s+
