The Project Manager - Central Region serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President, Central Region, supporting execution of key commercial and operational initiatives across the region.
This role is responsible for driving alignment between Sales Managers, branch operations, and corporate functions to ensure consistent execution of growth strategies, margin improvement, inventory performance, and operational excellence. The Project Manager acts as a central coordinator and execution leader-translating regional priorities into measurable actions and ensuring accountability across the organization.
Job DescriptionKey Accountabilities:• Creating project work proposals, including the development of project plans, business cases, pro-forma statements, and cost/benefits analyses.
• Leading business requirements definition to successful completion, including the discovery, analysis and documentation of business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, test and training plans.
• Managing all aspects of business and related projects including project communications, project status reports, issues management, and risk mitigation.
• Conducting, documenting and participating in testing and training of systems.
• Documenting business process modifications and working cooperatively with Business Users to train and implement change.

Qualifications:• Sales and or Sales Business Analyst experience (5 years )
• Commodity Experience
• Market Forecasting
• Someone familiar with using collaboration tools / sales tools
• Facilitation and negotiation skills
• Need to be able to provide market analytics and details to support the work with the divisions
• Analytics and metric development
• Ability to analyze target accounts and make recommendations
• Thorough understanding of Project Management processes (initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing)
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills to relate to Executive Management, business customers, associates and their department
• Working experience of 4+ years in Project Management
• Bachelors' degree in Business Administration or Computer Science - MBA pref.
Job Compensation$82,000-$103,000
