Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in construction, engineering, wastewater, or infrastructure sectors.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud-based software and project management systems.
• Experience in project controls, document control, or data management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and administration of project software like Autodesk Construction Cloud and Procore.
• Provide training and ongoing support for project personnel on software use.
• Develop and maintain project metrics and dashboards per company standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to streamline reporting solutions.
• Support and adapt workflows and templates for project-specific needs.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve system issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify process improvements and technology adoption to enhance efficiency.
