Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data collection from social media and mobile apps, both domestic and foreign
• Proven skills in architecting and implementing internet systems for missions
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure in areas like networking and security
• Experience in setting up cloud-hosted Android emulation
• Expertise in VPN tunnel configurations for both cloud and on-premise environments
• Skilled in infrastructure fingerprinting with ability to document and present findings to technical boards
• Experience in producing network and architecture design documentation for operational use

Responsibilities

• Support project and system integration with a focus on dataset collection and exploitation
• Consult with partners for data acquisition strategies within and outside the organization
• Analyze technologies to assess their relevance to existing or proposed systems
• Document results from infrastructure evaluations and report to technical review boards
• Collaborate with project teams to identify system requirements considering hardware and operational needs
• Manage and plan projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms
• Resolve data transfer issues with enterprise partners through troubleshooting
