Job OverviewThe Project Specialist II role is responsible for leading assigned workflows, implementing industry-standard project management principles to manage assigned projects, and handling operational ad hoc requests for the regional physical security operations team. This position serves as the subject matter expert in project management operations for the client's regional operations and provides support as needed to ensure all customer-facing and backend services are delivered with a consistently high level of operational excellence.
How You Will Make an Impact- Acts as the liaison and primary point of contact for internal and cross-functional projects.
- Evaluates project status and resource utilization, implementing changes as needed.
- Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Creates project plans and builds consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Supports management through project planning and coordination to meet commitments on time and within resource limitations.
- With client and management approval, assists with determining requirements, priorities, and monitoring progress.
- Works within program discipline and develops expertise as the documentation subject matter expert (SME) to expedite revisions, corrections, and changes to previously published documentation.
- Meets regularly with client management for status updates.
- Leads daily operations and directs the implementation of standards, procedures, and best practices that ensure a cohesive, consistent, and unified global program.
- Works directly with the client to develop strategies, programs, systems, and tools that enhance the approach to keeping employees safe and secure.
- May manage builds for new construction, retrofits, and existing security needs, including security system vendor selection and new technology updates.
- Regularly communicates updates on emerging technologies, solutions, and projects that may impact business operations, employees, or vendors.
- Provides timely communication regarding planning, project status, issues, and risks to internal security teams, cross-functional management, and executive teams.
- Manages performance metrics to evaluate progress and success.
What You Will Need to Succeed- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Specialist.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail and quality.
- Effective in both one-on-one and large group settings.
- Action-oriented with a passion for getting things done efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to interact with and influence professionals at various levels across diverse cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and project management software such as Asana.

CompensationEstimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $89,000/Yr. - USD $94,000/Yr. This is an exempt role.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
