Full Job Description
We are seeking a Project Scheduler who will be responsible for the administrative and technical management of the procurement, and construction schedules for all projects assigned. This position will be located at our project site in Hampton, GA. The Project Scheduler will ensure that the project schedules are updated within the specifications of the company's strategy, commitments, and goals; as well as those of the clients and owners. The Project Scheduler assumes overall responsibility for all aspects of the project schedules including communications with all necessary parties to ensure that the project schedules are always as accurate and up to date as possible at all times.

What you'll do:
  • Proven experience with cost and schedule databases to include P6
  • Technical proposal writing for scheduling subject matter.
  • Design and development of the proposal/bid CPM Schedule
  • Design and development of the project schedule.
  • Subcontractor / vendor schedule guidance
  • Setup of Monthly Updating and Reporting procedures for projects assigned.
  • Recognition and analysis of project impacts and delays
  • Development and maintenance of Project Controls procedures and Primavera P6 desktop procedures
  • Scheduling Procedures and Software
  • Development of scheduling standards and procedures
  • Provide software tool training.


What you'll need (minimum qualifications):
  • 10+ years work experience in project level planning and scheduling
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with consistent follow through
  • Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a close attention to detail
  • Self-starter; able to seek out resources and structure own workflow
  • Strong consultative and communication skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, staff and external customers
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment


Nice to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 software. Scheduling heavy mechanical construction projects ranging from 10-200 million
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills
  • Time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Solid analytical skills to collect and interpret data
  • Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
  • Outstanding decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and quality standards (preferred).
