Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or related field preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of construction safety experience
• Willing to travel extensively for project assignments
• Experience in industrial, automotive, energy, or data center environments
• OSHA 30 Hour certification required
• Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required
• CHST and OSHA 510 certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage project safety standards to exceed customer and company requirements
• Conduct safety meetings and educational programs with labor and management representatives
• Administer project-specific safety orientations and toolbox talks for all employees
• Interface with site personnel to control hazardous working conditions and unsafe activities
• Aid in pre-job planning, auditing processes, and providing feedback for improvements
• Conduct incident investigations and submit detailed reports
• Participate in incident reviews with project leadership and safety directors
• Document all aspects of the project safety program including accidents and violations
