The Program Manager (Non-Technical) supports business operations, partner operations, and organizational effectiveness within a fast-paced, high-technology environment. This role is responsible for driving operational rhythm of business (ROB), enabling cross-functional collaboration, and delivering structured program and event support. The position focuses on improving operational infrastructure, maintaining collaboration tools, and ensuring seamless execution of events and internal processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Operations and Program Management- Drive execution of business operations initiatives and program deliverables
- Support Rhythm of Business (ROB) activities, ensuring structured cadence and alignment across stakeholders
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scalable operational processes
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver program objectives
Event and Meeting Management- Plan and execute events, including team meetings, town halls, and operational forums
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual events, ensuring smooth delivery
- Support onsite coordination as required for key events and engagements
Collaboration Tools and Infrastructure- Maintain and optimize SharePoint sites, including content management and file organization
- Manage Teams meeting logistics and ensure collaboration tools are effectively utilized
- Establish and enforce best practices for file hygiene and knowledge management
Stakeholder Engagement- Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to align on priorities and deliverables
- Present updates, reports, and insights related to program status and operational performance
- Act as a central coordination point across internal teams

Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Equivalent professional experience will be considered
Experience- Experience in business operations, program management, or project coordination
- Background supporting Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes and operational cadence
- Experience managing collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
- Experience supporting events and organizational initiatives
