Full Job Description
The Department of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Project Policy Analyst to support the planning, development, and execution of key program and project initiatives that advance departmental goals and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will play an integral role in coordinating program operations, strategic planning efforts, communications, financial oversight, grant development, and project implementation. This position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, supervise and train staff, and ensure compliance with UCLA, state, and federal policies and regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and is skilled at independently driving projects from concept through completion. Annually: $74,445.00-$152,460.00
