Your Team
Project Operations Analyst play a critical role in the successful execution of projects by managing the day-to-day operational, logistical, and administrative functions that enable project teams to stay focused on delivery. Acting as the operational backbone, they collaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive efficiently, maintain alignment, and support quality outcomes throughout the entire project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
- Project Planning & Coordination: Quality reviews of Post-PO project documents and support the creation of project schedules, task assignments, and resource planning to keep efforts aligned with timelines and scope.
- Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and organize essential project records such as meeting notes, status reports, change logs, and supporting documentation.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate information sharing between team members, leadership, and stakeholders ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency throughout the project.
- Resource Management: Assist with tracking the allocation and usage of personnel, tools, and materials to ensure the right resources are in place at the right time.
- Meeting & Logistics Support: Coordinate project meetings, draft agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to keep momentum and accountability.
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones and deliverables, proactively flag issues or delays, and generate timely updates to project stakeholders.
- Budget and revenue Support: Monitor project revenue, budgets and expenses in partnership with the PM, helping to maintain cost visibility and support financial compliance.
- Identify and help document operational risks or gaps, working with the PM and teams to support mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Quality & Process Adherence: Ensure project documentation, communications, and deliverables meet established quality and process standards.
- Operational Problem Solving: Proactively address administrative roadblocks and discrepancies, supporting a smooth and uninterrupted project flow.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, financial management systems, and reporting tools. Ability to run pivots and generate reports in Excel is required
- Ability to define problems, identify solutions and follow through to completion
- Very effective rapport and consensus building skills
- Acute attention to detail and effective analytical skills
- Adept listening and positive communication skills
- Positive facilitation capabilities in working across diverse groups of people
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
