Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:- Act as liaison between program management, project team, functional management, and the customer.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track and drive customer action items to completion
- Track and status financial and charging levels to ensure tasks are completed on budget
- Coordinate task duration and report progress to ensure program schedules are supported
- Coordinate agendas for contractual reviews, ensuring timely content preparation ion and delivery
- Track program staffing needs and facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure roles filled with qualified staff
- Space plan with Operations to account for program growth and seating, make seating charts, coordinate moves and computer hardware, optimize dedicated hotel space by coordinating staffing schedules.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working
on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions: - Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Short Term Incentive: Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
Required Skills and Education- BS/BA in related field plus 10 or more years related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- A current, active Top Secert/SCI security clearance is required.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders in engineering and program management.
- Excellent organizational skills.
