Full Job Description
Project Manager III is responsible for leading and executing complex projects that have significant impact on organizational goals. This role involves planning and managing multiple high-priority projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring project success through effective stakeholder engagement. The Project Manager will drive strategic initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Focuses on strategic project outcomes and long-term goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Scope and Complexity: Lead complex projects with significant organizational impact, involving multiple high-priority tasks and cross-functional teams.
  • Decision Making: Exercise significant decision-making authority in project planning, execution, and resource management, with a focus on strategic outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Interaction and Communication: Engage with senior leadership and external partners to align project objectives with organizational goals and drive success.
  • Project Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, healthcare, or a related field required.
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience with progressively increasing responsibility of which at least four (4) years must be in project management OR comparable roles.


Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.


The hiring range is based on market pay structures, with individual salaries determined by factors such as business needs, market conditions, internal equity, and based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills and qualifications.

For union positions, the pay range is determined by the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

$104,104.00 - $111,315.00
