Based in Medicine Hat, this opportunity sits within WSP's Municipal Engineering and Land Development Group, where you will play a key role in shaping infrastructure that supports growing communities across Southern Alberta. As a Project Manager, you will lead meaningful municipal and land development projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and deliver solutions that make a lasting difference.

Your Impact
Deliver municipal engineering and land development projects that strengthen communities and enhance infrastructure resilience across Southern Alberta.
Manage the planning, design, and execution of water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway systems from concept through construction.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions.
Build and maintain trusted client relationships with municipalities and public sector partners.
Mentor and support emerging professionals, contributing to the growth of future engineering talent.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, risk, and communications to ensure successful delivery.
Contribute to proposals and bids that help secure impactful municipal projects in the region.

The Skills That Set You Apart
Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) or Professional Licensee in Engineering (P.L.(Eng.)) designation registered in Alberta.
• Approximately 5+ years of experience delivering municipal infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated experience in watermain, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and roadway design.
• Strong understanding of construction administration and municipal project delivery processes.
• Working knowledge of Alberta environmental standards, regulations, and approval processes.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to engage with municipal clients throughout Southern Alberta.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for improving communities through infrastructure.

Compensation (P5)

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
