• 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong capabilities in project planning, scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability in risk assessment, mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Experience with budget creation, tracking, and financial oversight for projects.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with current and emerging technology trends and their application in enterprise environments.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts, understand technical challenges, and facilitate technical solutions.
• Experience with system integration projects is a plus.
• Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of motivating and empowering teams.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, Agile (CSM, SAFe), or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in technology project management.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
