Full Job Description
Establishing and maintaining an integrated BRD roadmap and master project plan across participating workstreams

Consolidating individual workstream plans into a single view of milestones, deliverables, dependencies and critical dates

Coordinating execution across the BRD Tiger Team, DOPT, Adobe/MarTech, IT/Engineering, Analytics, Change Management and business stakeholders

Identifying and managing cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues and decisions

Establishing program governance, operating cadences and escalation paths

Tracking actions and deliverables through completion and driving follow-up with accountable workstream owners

Key Deliverables

The engagement will produce and maintain:

Integrated BRD Roadmap - consolidated view of BRD and related Adobe/MarTech milestones

Master Program Plan - workstreams, deliverables, owners, dates and dependencies

Milestone & Dependency Tracker - critical cross-functional dependencies and delivery dates

Milestone 1 - Program Mobilization & Baseline

Confirm scope, stakeholders and workstreams

Inventory existing roadmaps, plans and commitments

Establish governance and operating cadence

Create initial RAID and decision logs

Establish Workfront program structure

Milestone 2 - Integrated BRD Roadmap

Consolidate workstream roadmaps

Map BRD milestones to Adobe/MarTech transformation milestones

Identify critical dependencies and sequencing

Establish baseline delivery dates and ownership

Milestone 3 - Execution & Governance

Launch recurring program governance

Track workstream execution against the integrated roadmap

Manage dependencies, risks, issues and decisions

Establish leadership reporting and program health dashboard

Milestone 4 - Business Readiness

Integrate Change Management activities into the master plan

Track communications, training, readiness and adoption dependencies

Confirm readiness criteria and required approvals for key releases

Milestone 5 - Delivery & Transition

Validate completion of agreed BRD milestones and deliverables

Document outstanding risks, dependencies and follow-on work

Complete program documentation and transition ongoing governance to designated owners
