About the Role:The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a client-centric approach. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Responsibilities:- Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Effectively manage project scope and ensure changes are properly documented and approved.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients.
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Draft and format project documents, including proposals, reports, specifications, and presentations.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Project Management Systems:
- Manage project tasks, deadlines, and resources within project management systems such as Salesforce, M-Files, Sierra Live, and other internal tools.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates within project management systems.
- Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, consultants, inspectors, marketing) to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members.
- Overflow Support:
- Project Coordinators may assist with overflow work during periods of high demand.
- Provide support to Project Coordinators with administrative tasks as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a professional services environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), project management software, and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
