Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
• 15+ years of complex project administration experience, 9+ years specifically in project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; strong MS Project experience required.
• Knowledge of tools like Unanet, JIRA, Confluence is a plus.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on conflict resolution and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Create proposal schedules and facilitate kickoffs with the internal team.
• Manage the proposal team to meet key deliverable deadlines.
• Conduct contractual reviews and manage participation in contract negotiations as needed.
• Build project plans with milestones and budgets, coordinating with other PMs and Tech Leads.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and resource needs.
• Track and report on project metrics including budget forecasting and completion percentages.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers, building relationships and managing expectations.
