Join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering team in Vancouver or Langley, BC, where you'll lead transformative transportation projects that shape communities and improve lives. From roadway infrastructure to drainage systems, your expertise will help deliver sustainable solutions for public clients across the Lower Mainland.

Your Impact
  • Deliver innovative transportation designs for municipal roads, transit systems, and private developments.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and construction phases, ensuring projects meet client expectations and WSP standards.
  • Develop creative solutions by liaising with municipalities, developers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Drive business development initiatives and prepare compelling proposals to secure new opportunities.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules while mentoring junior staff to foster growth and excellence.

  • A degree in Civil Engineering and registration as a Professional Engineer with EGBC.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in transportation design and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion, including financial oversight.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
