Job Description
Project Manager, Business Transformation plays a vital role in leading and supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that improve how the business operates. This role manages projects that span multiple functions - including Operations, Buying, Planning, IT, and Supply Chain, as well as other business areas as needed - driving alignment, keeping work on track, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable results.
What You'll DO - Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate projects spanning Operations, Buying, Planning, IT, Supply Chain, and other business functions, ensuring initiatives stay aligned to scope, timeline, and goals.
- Business Process Improvement: Assist in implementing process improvements and governance practices that increase efficiency, consistency, and quality across core business functions.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to align on scope, priorities, and deliverables, and to resolve cross-functional roadblocks.
- Project & Milestone Management: Maintain project timelines, task assignments, and key deliverables. Track dependencies and coordinate efforts across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Organize and facilitate user acceptance testing and validation activities for new processes, tools, or systems. Coordinate issue triage and resolution with IT.
- Communication & Change Management: Drive regular status updates, communication plans, and training materials to support organizational readiness and adoption across stores, warehouses, and HQ teams.
- Executive Reporting & Presentations: Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and presentations to senior executives and leadership, translating cross-functional project work into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Technology & Tools: Support the deployment and enhancement of business systems and tools in partnership with IT.

Job Requirements
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, business operations, or cross-functional program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple business functions, such as Operations, Buying, Planning, IT, and Supply Chain.
- Strong executive presence, with experience preparing materials for and presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is not required but is preferred.
