We're looking for an experienced construction professional who thrives on
ownership, problem-solving, and getting things done. You'll work closely with clients, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and our internal teams to deliver quality projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.
What You'll Own- Lead projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients and project partners.
- Manage schedules, budgets, buyout, procurement, and change orders.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, designers, and vendors.
- Identify problems early and find practical solutions.
- Keep project documentation, billing, and financials on track.
- Lead with a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.
What You Bring- 10+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction, contracts, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence managing budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Life sciences construction experience is a plus.
