Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in construction project management or a similar role
• Thorough knowledge of construction procedures and project management principles
• Excellent understanding of quality and health and safety standards
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team player with the ability to lead and support a team
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, building science or a related field
• Crane and rigging experience is an asset
