Full Job Description
Job Overview
This role owns the AI Asset Library & Marketplace on the Adoption & Experience team - the product that brings T-Mobile's reusable AI assets to life. Skills, GPTs, plugins, prompt templates, and agent components are built every day across the enterprise; without a marketplace, they get built twice. You'll own the full product: the contribution pipeline that gets assets in, the curation, security, and quality bar that makes them trustworthy, the discovery experience that gets them found, and the reuse measurement that proves the acceleration.
Because the assets are technical, you'll need enough fluency in how skills, assistants, and agents are built to set a quality bar builders respect - and you'll partner with the platform engineering teams that host the assets and with AI Hub, where employees discover them

Job Responsibilities:
  • Own the AI Asset Library & Marketplace product end to end: vision, roadmap, and backlog for contribution, curation, discovery, and reuse.
  • Define and operate the asset lifecycle - submission, review, quality bar, versioning, publication, and retirement - across skills, GPTs, plugins, prompt templates, and agent components.
  • Own the pre-publication review gate, partnering with Cybersecurity and Responsible AI so every downloadable asset clears security and compliance scanning before it is made available.
  • Build the path from local reuse to enterprise scale: define the promote-to-enterprise review that takes a proven asset and publishes it at the platform level across approved AI tools.
  • Serve as the single front door for AI asset discovery, surfacing assets through AI Hub whether they are hosted in the marketplace or on a partner platform such as the agent runtime, and defining those integration boundaries with platform engineering.
  • Design the discovery experience so builders and business users find, evaluate, and adopt the right asset quickly.
  • Run the curation and contributor program: standards for asset quality, documentation, and ownership, plus the recognition that keeps contributions coming.
  • Measure reuse and its impact - assets published, adoption rates, delivery time saved - and drive the roadmap from that data.
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
