Full Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager
Duration: Through 06/30/2027, with potential for additional extension
Location: Remote
Work Arrangement: 90% Remote / 10% Onsite


Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects using:
    • Waterfall
    • Agile
    • Hybrid Agile methodologies
  • Support all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Provide project management support for large, complex application environments
  • Support the Child Support Modernization project
  • Manage project action items and backlogs
  • Track project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain mitigation plans
  • Identify and remove project barriers
  • Prepare project instructions and documentation
  • Prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes
  • Develop and manage communication plans
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives
  • Track resource allocation
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans
  • Support PMO functions
  • Serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders
  • Work with business customers to document:
    • Requirements
    • Analysis deliverables
    • Design deliverables
  • Understand and support project business and technical objectives
  • Coordinate with project teams and project sponsors
  • Support project planning, implementation, testing, and maintenance activities
  • Manage project issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Support data conversion and data management-related project activities
  • Provide technical writing and project documentation
