Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic
Project Manager to lead key initiatives supporting our client's
Customer Experience Strategic Roadmap, with a primary focus on driving and implementing
Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects.
In this role, you will manage total project scope from conception through final completion, directing dedicated project teams and cross-functional resources to deliver high-impact, long-term business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of critical Customer Experience and AI implementation projects.
- Scope & Resource Management: Define project scope, track deliverables, allocate internal/external resources, and manage overall timeline and administration.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships and rapport across all levels of management, staff, and external partners.
- Communication & Facilitation: Lead project meetings, present progress updates, facilitate alignment sessions, and represent the initiative in public/internal forums.
- Priority & Risk Management: Balance multiple competing priorities effectively to ensure milestones are met on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- Project Management Experience: Proven track record of successful end-to-end project delivery.
- AI & Tech Integration: Hands-on experience delivering technology-focused initiatives, specifically Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementations or Customer Experience (CX) platform projects.
- Communication & Leadership: Outstanding verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and team-building skills.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted projects and build trust across matrixed organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience or background in Change Management methodologies.
Work Location & Schedule Details- On-Site Requirement: Candidates must reside within commuting distance of Orlando, FL (32801) and be comfortable working 2 to 3 days per week on-site.
