We're looking for a Capital Equipment Project Manager who thrives on complexity, owns every phase of the project lifecycle, and knows how to keep things moving-on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

🌟 What You'll Do:
  • Own the Full Project Lifecycle: From definition and engineering to installation and closure, you'll manage packaging systems valued at $500K-$3M.
  • Be the Client's Go-To Expert: Lead communications, align expectations, and build lasting relationships.
  • Coordinate Across Borders: Work with suppliers and teams in North America and Europe, navigating cultural nuances with diplomacy.
  • Solve Real-World Challenges: Tackle mechanical, electrical, controls, and safety issues with the support of subject matter experts.
  • Lead with Confidence: Run kick-off meetings, engineering reviews, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs).
  • Drive Results: Ensure quality, timelines, and budgets are met while managing procurement, resources, and risks.
