The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00

A role at Target Printing Services (TPS) means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects.  The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.   

Project Managers own end-to-end project coordination and cross-functional readiness for assigned work. They partner closely with Account Managers, Project Planners, and Production teams to translate intake into clear execution plans, align timelines and dependencies, and ensure work is fully planned and sequenced before entering production. Through disciplined coordination and communication, Project Managers help ensure continuity, quality, and on-time delivery in a complex, multi-shift production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the execution owner once work is initiated by the Account Manager.

  • Translate scoped work into clear execution plans, timelines, and dependencies.

  • Lead cross-functional coordination across Planning, Production, Scheduling, and external vendors.

  • Validate that work is fully executable before job tickets are created.

  • Drive early engagement with Production across red/blue and day/night teams to confirm sequencing, feasibility, and handoffs.

  • Manage prototyping, test runs, and first-article reviews in partnership with Planners and Production.

  • Own communication during execution, including issue resolution, change impacts, and progress updates.

  • Ensure continuity of information across shifts and teams through disciplined documentation.

  • Monitor execution, manage risks, and drive corrective actions to protect quality, schedule, and cost.

  • Provide backup coverage for other Project Managers.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in print planning, production operations, or related roles.

  • Strong understanding of print production workflows.

  • Ability to balance competing priorities, make sound operational decisions with urgency, and communicate clearly at multiple levels.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively across TPS and internal customers.

  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail, with an ability to solve problems.

  • Experience supporting multi-shift production environments preferred.

The core role requires you to report and perform job duties primarily On-Site at a Target HQ location.
