POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of utility and infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager leads cross-functional teams, coordinates with clients and stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement across project delivery processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with company objectives
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead project execution by coordinating internal resources, subcontractors, and field crews
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction
  • Supervise and evaluate the work of project personnel, ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards
  • Review engineering designs, work plans, and cost estimates for accuracy and efficiency
