Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred + 3 years of experience.
• Associate's degree + 4 years of experience.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in sales and service, corporate or PMO environments.
• Background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite along with Adobe Acrobat and project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to distribution, supporting the Sales Manager.
• Learn and utilize internal ordering platform for effective order entry.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for project performance.
• Engage with clients and suppliers to foster long-term relationships.
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
• Drive best practices through feedback from partners and clients.
• Oversee daily requests from Sales and Office managers and clients with a focus on organization and detail.
