What will your role be?You will report to the Project ManagementSection Chief Structure. In your role of Project Management Lead for STEP(Synchronized Target Embodiment Point), you will be part of amulti-disciplinary team and you will support the STEP through the development phasesof the project.
Your main responsibilities willbe:
- Secure the end to end planning of the STEP activities, identify and manage the schedule interdependencies (trans functional, internal and external) and misalignments to launch appropriate actions to secure the critical path;
- Consolidate and monitor the resource requirements/allocation with all functions, along with their progress to the schedule;
- Consolidate risks and opportunities at STEP level, establish and monitor mitigation plans;
- Provide schedule, resource plan and progress of changes part of the STEP;
- Monitor the scope evolution of the STEP (targeted configuration);
Support the technical lead in tailoring the technical stream, maintain the STEP list of deliverables and prepare Stream reviews and Maturity Gate.
What qualifications are welooking for?You have:
- An Engineering Bachelor degree in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent;
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in project management or equivalent;
- An experience in aerospace and in product development. Experience in project management on product development of
- Structural components and System installation would be an asset;
- An excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Strong skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel;
A team player with strong communication skills who interfaces well with the many business partners involved.
