Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
• Proven ability to manage small teams
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Proficient in CADD, ERP and Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships by providing project status updates
• Manage budget reports, cost and revenue projections, and change orders
• Participate in project meetings with internal departments
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure project scope and schedule are adhered to
• Develop budget analysis reports and necessary project documentation
• Delegate work and mentor Project Engineers
• Provide leadership to project team to ensure objectives and deadlines are met
