As a Project Manager, you'll be at the center of delivery-balancing people, timelines, and quality.
You will:
- Lead and coordinate technical publication projects from kickoff to delivery
- Assign work to the right resources to ensure efficiency and quality
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Build strong partnerships with customers through clear communication and trusted delivery
- Prepare estimates, track progress, and report on key project metrics
- Monitor budgets and ensure proper approvals for ongoing work
- Support and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with Sonovision and customer quality, safety, and process standards
- Maintain and update customer SharePoint
- Step in when needed to support delivery
We're looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills:
- 5+ years of experience in technical publications or document preparation
- Project management training or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience working directly with clients (estimates, reporting, metrics)
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Word & Excel
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- SharePoint & MS Teams
- Teamcenter (asset)
