Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day on-site operations, financial performance, and execution of complex electrical construction projects (solar, battery storage, substations, EV charging, microgrids). Manage project planning, scheduling, procurement, cost accounting, productivity tracking, and reporting to ensure optimal profitability and timeline adherence. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing project team and field crew. Successfully manage union workforces, applying thorough knowledge of labor rate calculations and collective bargaining agreements.
