Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure deals.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to address business, market, and technical challenges.
• Capability in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating financial analyses of deal structures.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly in legal document review alongside legal counsel.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in a Site Acquisition setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Site Acquisition process for multiple sites in Seattle.
• Negotiate real estate development transactions from strategy development to full legal negotiation.
• Interact with internal stakeholders across various departments to implement strategic plans.
• Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management on progress and deal costs.
• Oversee multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously for lease and permit approvals.
• Secure necessary permits, approvals, and entitlements from local to federal government.
• Liaise with landlords, property owners, and developers to facilitate agreements.
