What this job involves:

JLL is seeking an Interior Signage & Rebranding Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of interior signage and workplace rebranding projects across commercial office environments. In this role, you will manage the full project lifecycle from design handoff through fabrication, installation, and project closeout, serving as a critical quality control partner across design, fabrication, construction, and site operations teams. This position requires a detail-oriented project manager who is comfortable balancing multiple concurrent schedules while maintaining a strong focus on technical accuracy, stakeholder coordination, and field execution.

At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way - for our clients, ourselves and our fellow employees - and this role plays an important part in delivering high-quality workplace experiences that reflect our clients' evolving brands and environments. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Coordinate project schedules and kickoff activities with Senior Designers and project stakeholders to establish clear timelines and delivery expectations.
  • Conduct site assessments and document existing field conditions to support accurate project planning and execution.
  • Review design packages and drawing sets for completeness, constructability, and alignment with project requirements.
  • Manage the competitive bidding process for signage fabricators, including bid review, vendor coordination, and award recommendations.
  • Oversee shop drawing reviews to ensure technical accuracy, compliance with design intent, and fabrication readiness.
  • Track fabrication schedules, monitor production milestones, and maintain quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Coordinate installation logistics, site access, and field activities while partnering with vendors, construction teams, and site operations personnel.
  • Perform on-site installation oversight, punch list management, and quality control inspections to ensure signage installations meet project standards.
  • Manage project closeout activities, including warranty documentation, final records, and coordination of decommissioning or patch-and-paint scope as required.

Required qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of project management experience within commercial interiors, signage, construction, workplace design, or related industries
  • Experience managing interior signage, branding, workplace, construction, or commercial interiors projects from initiation through closeout.
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to read and review shop drawings, design packages, and construction documentation.
  • Experience managing fabricators, vendors, and competitive bid processes within a project delivery environment.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple concurrent project schedules while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel two to three times per month to project sites for surveys, installations, and field inspections.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools commonly used within design or construction environments.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working within commercial real estate, workplace design, or corporate interiors environments.
  • Familiarity with ADA signage standards, environmental graphics, and interior branding systems.
  • Experience supporting field-based quality control inspections and punch list management during installation phases.
  • Knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and installation methodologies related to interior signage.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or home-office-based environment while managing competing priorities.
  • Experience collaborating with design, construction, and facilities management teams in fast-paced project environments.
  • We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career, making adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset highly valued in this role.
