Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Electrical Power preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management for electrical services.
• Familiarity with specific electrical testing software and equipment is preferred, including Doble and RTS.
• NETA Certification is a beneficial addition, but not mandatory.
• Basic computer skills required, with Microsoft Office familiarity, PowerDB experience a plus.
• Certificates like OSHA 30-hour and MSHA are advantageous, with training available.
• Commitment to safety practices and adherence to electrical safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and start-up of electrical systems up to 500kV.
• Perform 50% of duties in the field, managing hands-on electrical projects.
• Collaborate with sales team for job estimating and planning.
• Assign tasks to project crew members effectively.
• Maintain communication with customers during projects to update and resolve issues.
• Identify potential project scope expansions and discuss with customers.
• Manage job budgets by monitoring technician time and material costs.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure smooth project commissioning.
• Respond to emergency on-call duty when required.
