JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Commercial Construction)
JOB SUMMARY:Setterlin Building Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from award through final completion.
This role is responsible for overall project success - including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution - while working closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and clients. Projects typically range from $1M-$20M across commercial, corporate, and institutional markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners
- Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Support field teams to drive safe and efficient project execution
- Represent Setterlin professionally in all client and project interactions
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience managing projects in the $1M-$20M range
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites across Central and Southern Ohio
- Stable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment

- Support Superintendents in maintaining safe job sites
- Participate in and reinforce jobsite safety culture
