Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, especially in industrial maintenance or packaging.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of risk management and finance for non-financial managers.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into actionable Services projects.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and risks to ensure appropriate support levels.
• Integrate Services projects and oversee upgrades across packaging lines.
• Propose additional Services Products to enhance project success and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage crises and collaborate with project stakeholders to devise solutions.
• Support the Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations as necessary.
