Work you'll do

As a Project - Manager, Technical Transformation on the GPS ServiceNow team, you will be responsible for:
  • Designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support mission and operational needs across the engagement
  • Translating business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform
  • Building and customizing workflows, forms, modules, dashboards, and automation features to improve program and project management activities
  • Collaborating with architects, functional team members, and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities aligned to engagement priorities
  • Troubleshooting defects, supporting testing activities, and maintaining technical documentation, platform standards, and enhancements to improve performance, usability, and scalability
