NEXT Electric, LLC seeking full-time Project Manager - Service in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

  • Support the Service Division Manager by coordinating all aspects of service projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring efficiency and quality
  • Qualify, propose, sell, schedule, and close out new service projects and accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Prepare accurate estimates and project proposals using company estimating software in a timely manner
  • Visit job sites to engage with crews, customers, and contractors, ensuring project expectations and standards are met
  • Coordinate labor and materials, including scheduling service electricians and managing project documentation such as billing, change orders, permits, and purchase orders
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies across all service activities
  • As needed, remain available after hours and on weekends to respond to customer service calls and support field teams.

Qualifications

  • 5 or more years' experience in PM role managing construction/electrical projects
  • Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Bachelor's degree Construction Management, Engineering or Business preferred
  • Experience with ACCUBID preferred
  • Proficient skills in use of a PC and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to different situations and to work under minimal direct supervision
  • Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles, and drug-test as may be required per federal or client contract, or DOT policy.
