Project Manager / Delivery Lead (Project Manager - Senior)
Responsible for leading all phases of the MAS upgrade project, including planning, scheduling, risk/issue tracking, and client communication. Acts as the single point of contact for the City and ensures successful milestone-based delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and communication strategies
• Conduct status meetings, prepare monthly reports, and support milestone billing
• Coordinate with functional and technical resources to ensure timely delivery
• Support go-live, cutover rehearsal, and hypercare transition
Minimum Qualifications:
• 8+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ in Maximo or ERP environments
• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience managing government or public sector IT implementations
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with IBM MAS 9.x upgrade projects
• Strong stakeholder management and MS Teams/SharePoint proficiency
• Budget and milestone management experience
