About the RoleThis role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales - you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year-round career in this market, and we provide the brand recognition, training, and back-end support to help you succeed.

What You'll Do- Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach
- Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on their options
- Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts
- Collect payment
- Manage each project from contract to completion
Requirements- Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
- Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales - this is a core part of the role
- Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Reliable transportation required (you'll carry a ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Access to a cell phone
- Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
