Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Healthcare market segment in the Sacramento + Bay Area region.

Project Manager day-to-day:
  • Strong knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, and specifications to ensure relation and compliance to project requirements
  • Obtain, maintain, and manage data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, architects, engineers, contractors/subcontractors, or other project related entities
  • Coordinate, direct and monitor activities of contractors/subcontractors, engineers, architects and related performing entities
  • Manage project controls, cost, and performance activities and procedures
  • Lead in project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses
  • Ensure contractor, architect, engineer, and provider contractual requirements on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipment
  • Provide management of project logistics, organization, safety, and manpower utilization
  • Ensure project closeout to secure guarantees, warranties, and related provisions for final project delivery to owner entities
  • Support business development activities for pursuits, proposals, submittals and resources for cost and performance
  • Ensure project and organization quality of services are rendered
  • Perform other duties as required

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in management of construction, engineering or architectural related projects with increasing responsibility
  • Non-degree holders must possess 9+ years of experience of management on construction, engineering or architectural related projects with increasing responsibility
  • Must possess knowledge and application of construction management, estimating, cost, project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering and construction principles, techniques, materials, applications, and practices
  • Understanding of contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications
  • Applied experience in the areas of project accounting, cost, administrative, and personnel interaction in professional settings
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project related systems such as Procore, Sure Trak, and Primavera
  • Ability to represent Roebbelen in a professional manner, in alignment with the company mission, purpose, core values, and standards of conduct
