Project Manager

Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in leading the successful execution of numerous projects, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and internal teams.

As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will ensure that their orders are processed and delivered on time. You will do this by making sound business decisions, managing material orders, maintaining project schedules, reporting out on project metrics, facilitating internal and external meetings, producing contract deliverables, identifying change orders, and performing other project-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering with the ability to successfully communicate technical requirements.

This full-time role will be based in Livonia, MI. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, engineering, purchasing, production teams, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define the scope of work and establish clear project goals based on customer requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying complexity and timelines simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines to ensure alignment with team deliverables.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying risks and mitigating potential issues early.
  • Ensure all projects are aligned with company standards and best practices in project management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors as needed to support project delivery.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster clear, concise, and timely communication across all levels of the organization.
