Travel Requirements:

This position requires 40-60% of travel across the Southeast region of the United States. Ideal geographic locations for qualified individuals are Florida, Nashville, Atlanta, North Carolina, or surrounding markets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review construction documents, drawings, schedules, vendor proposals, permits, and project information to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage field operations, including site inspections, safety compliance, quality assurance, new installations, and verification of operational standards.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and capital plans; manage change orders, maintenance expenses, and asset replacement recommendations.
  • Monitor project progress by maintaining project documentation, tracking systems, weekly status reports, and proactively resolving or escalating issues related to cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders by representing the company in project meetings, providing technical support, and fostering relationships that support project success and future opportunities.
  • Manage vendor performance and maintenance activities, including open service tickets, response time compliance, major repair evaluations, and repair-versus-replacement analyses.
  • Conduct site surveys, due diligence, and facility assessments to evaluate site conditions, equipment performance, operator care, and prospective new locations.
  • Provide input on capital projects, facility and equipment installations, and annual asset replacement planning.
  • Travel as required, including regular site visits, to oversee project execution and operational performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited construction related program or equivalent
  • 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in project management.
  • Experience managing the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction, development activities, permitting, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in managing complex or multi-site projects required.
  • Proficient in Procore, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • OSHA 10 Hour certification, highly preferred

Pay & Benefits: The anticipated compensation range for the position is $100,000 - $118,000, is based on a full-time schedule, market and business conditions, and is commensurate on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
