Are you an experienced Architectural Project Manager who enjoys leading residential projects from concept through construction? We're seeking a collaborative professional to manage exciting low-density and single-family residential projects while partnering closely with clients, consultants, and design teams.
What You'll Do
- Lead residential architectural projects through Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary client contact and build lasting relationships.
- Coordinate consultants and internal project teams.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and fee estimates.
- Mentor and support junior architectural staff.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of architectural project management experience.
- Experience with single-family and low-density residential projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting, and construction practices.
- Proficiency in Revit/BIM, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
