Full Job Description
About the role

As a Project Manager for our reporting solutions, you will lead customer projects focused on the deployment of Sectra's radiology reporting solution. You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of reporting projects, partnering with healthcare organizations and internal Sectra teams from project kickoff through go-live and stabilization.

This role is part of Sectra's Global Reporting function and will work closely with Reporting implementation resources, product teams, regional teams, and other specialists across Sectra. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping bring together the technical, clinical, and operational pieces required for a successful implementation.

As Sectra's Reporting business continues to grow, you will also contribute to building scalable project methodologies and consistent ways of working across our global Reporting organization.

What you will do
  • Lead customer Reporting projects from planning and kickoff through go-live and project completion
  • Own overall project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned with customer commitments
  • Coordinate work across Reporting implementation resources, customer teams, and other Sectra functions involved in the deployment
  • Manage multiple customer projects concurrently while maintaining visibility into priorities, risks, and resource needs
  • Serve as a primary project contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, status meetings, implementation reviews, and other project governance activities
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including IT teams, PACS administrators, clinical leaders, and other project participants
  • Maintain clear communication around project status, upcoming activities, decisions, risks, and responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment between agreed scope and project delivery
  • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and changes that may impact scope, schedule, resources, or quality
  • Coordinate activities related to integrations, workflow discovery, reporting configuration, template migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness
  • Partner closely with technical and clinical resources responsible for solution implementation and workflow design
  • Escalate project risks and barriers when needed and drive appropriate follow-up and resolution
  • Support resource planning and coordination across regional and global teams
  • Ensure project documentation, decisions, milestones, and customer commitments are appropriately captured and maintained
  • Support project financial activities, including budget tracking, revenue recognition, and invoicing in coordination with Finance
  • Partner with the Global Reporting team to continuously improve project delivery processes, tools, and best practices
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to repeatable methodologies as Sectra's Reporting business continues to grow
  • Travel as required for customer and internal engagements, up to 25%

What you bring
  • Experience leading customer-facing technology implementation projects
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience developing and managing project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive work forward without direct authority over all project resources
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams, countries, and time zones within a global organization
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability
  • Ability to understand technical and clinical project dependencies and translate them into clear plans, actions, and customer communications

Nice to have
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in project management, healthcare IT, or a related field
  • Formal project management training or certification, such as PMP
  • Experience managing healthcare IT implementations in clinical environments
  • Experience with radiology reporting, speech recognition, medical imaging, or enterprise healthcare technology
  • Familiarity with RIS, PACS, EMR systems, HL7, DICOM, FHIR, or healthcare interoperability
  • Experience supporting projects involving clinical workflow design, integrations, testing, data or template migration, and go-live activities
  • Experience delivering large-scale or multi-site enterprise IT projects
  • Experience working within an international or globally distributed organization

What success looks like

You are someone who takes ownership of your projects and creates structure in complex environments. You are comfortable working with customers, technical specialists, clinical stakeholders, and global teams, and you understand how to keep each group aligned toward a common goal.

Successful Reporting implementations involve many interconnected pieces. You do not need to be the person configuring every interface or designing every workflow, but you understand the dependencies well enough to ask the right questions, anticipate risks, and make sure the right people are involved at the right time.

As the Reporting business grows, you will help us not only deliver successful customer projects, but also strengthen how we manage and scale Reporting implementations across Sectra.

Other information
  • We recruit on an ongoing basis, and the goal is for the right candidate to start as soon as possible
  • The salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000, based on experience and qualifications
  • Sectra provides a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, retirement plan with matching, and career development programs
