Titre du poste : Project Manager

En tant que chef de projet pour les déploiements PLM et MES, vous serez responsable de l'exécution des déploiements de systèmes permettant d'assurer la traçabilité, la conformité et l'efficacité au sein de programmes de fabrication complexes.

En partenariat avec un Program Manager (chargé de garantir l'alignement à l'échelle de l'entreprise), vous vous concentrerez sur l'excellence opérationnelle - planification, exécution et intégration des solutions PLM et MES dans le périmètre et les sites définis.

Le poste s'effectue à notre établissement de Longueuil du lundi au vendredi, selon des horaires flexibles et exclusivement en présentiel.

À quoi ressemblera votre quotidien?
  • Exécution de projet : Réaliser les déploiements PLM et MES pour les programmes/sites assignés : responsabilité du périmètre, des ressources, du planning, du budget et des livrables.
  • Planification et pilotage : Élaborer des plans détaillés, gérer les jalons, les dépendances, le RAID (risques, hypothèses, problèmes, dépendances) et garantir une livraison dans les délais.
  • Coordination des chantiers : À tous les niveaux de l'organisation, coordonner les activités d'ingénierie, de production, de qualité et d'IT nécessaires au déploiement ; remonter les problématiques transverses via le Program Manager. Agir comme interface entre la gestion de projet, les technologies digitales, la planification, l'équipe projet et le management opérationnel.
  • Intégration des systèmes : En collaboration avec l'organisation IT, assurer une intégration efficace du PLM et du MES avec l'ERP (par exemple SAP S/4HANA) et les systèmes adjacents ; valider l'intégrité des données et des interfaces.
  • Mise en œuvre des processus : En collaboration avec les équipes métier, coordonner l'implémentation de processus standardisés (gestion de configuration, traçabilité, exécution en atelier) alignés sur les exigences du secteur aéronautique.
  • Tests et validation : En collaboration avec les Business Analysts, planifier et suivre l'exécution des tests SIT/UAT, gérer la résolution des anomalies et garantir la mise en production.
  • Conduite du changement et formation : En collaboration avec l'expert en conduite du changement et l'organisation formation, planifier et suivre l'exécution des plans de transformation au niveau des sites, des formations et des activités de bascule (cutover) afin d'assurer une adoption réussie.
  • Suivi de la performance : Suivre les KPI (respect des délais, taux de défauts, adoption, impact sur la production) et fournir un reporting clair à la direction du programme.


Qu'est-ce qu'il vous faut pour réussir?
  • Diplôme universitaire, avec 8 à 10 ans d'experience pertinente.
  • Certification Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Compétences éprouvées en planification et en leadership de projet, incluant la capacité à instaurer rapidement la confiance des sponsors et des parties prenantes, à motiver les équipes, à gérer le périmètre et les aspects financiers, et à définir l'approche.
  • Expérience avec des méthodologies et outils formels de gestion de projet (par ex. IPDS, MS Project, PPMC, Jira)
  • Forte orientation résultats ; capacité à prendre des décisions avec des informations limitées.
  • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en pensée critique, avec une approche innovante et créative.

What will your day-to-day look like?
  • Project Execution: Deliver PLM and MES deployments for assigned programs/sites, with full ownership of scope, resources, schedule, budget, and deliverables.
  • Planning and Control: Develop detailed plans, manage milestones and dependencies, oversee RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Workstream Coordination: Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT activities required for deployment at all levels of the organization; escalate cross-functional issues via the Program Manager. Act as a liaison between project management, digital technology, planning, the project team, and line management.
  • System Integration: In collaboration with the IT organization, ensure effective integration of PLM and MES with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA) and adjacent systems; validate data integrity and interfaces.
  • Process Implementation: In collaboration with business teams, coordinate the implementation of standardized processes (configuration management, traceability, shop-floor execution) aligned with aerospace industry requirements.
  • Testing and Validation: In collaboration with Business Analysts, plan and track SIT/UAT execution, manage defect resolution, and ensure production readiness.
  • Change Management and Training: In collaboration with the Change Management lead and training organization, plan and track site-level change plans, training activities, and cutover execution to ensure successful adoption.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs (schedule adherence, defect rates, adoption, production impact) and provide clear status reporting to program leadership.

  • Proven project planning and leadership skills, including the ability to quickly build trust with sponsors and stakeholders, motivate teams, manage scope and financials, and define the project approach.
  • Experience with formal project management methodologies and tools (e.g., IPDS, MS Project, PPMC, Jira).
  • Strong results orientation; ability to make decisions with limited information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with an innovative and creative mindset.
  • Experience in change management, implementation management, readiness management, and end-user experience (a plus).


Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
