Job Title: Project Lead / Project Manager Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and oversee standardized project management processes and methodologies tailored to CofC.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, to quality standards, and in line with established frameworks.
- Collaborate with technical staff and business stakeholders to create project documentation and artifacts suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor project performance and report progress through dashboards and executive summaries.
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and ensure quality deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support communication across departments.
- Mentor and coach team members on Agile practices to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Participate in special assignments, task forces, or other activities within the Portfolio Management Office or IT division as needed.
Required Skills & Experience: - 1+ years working with Business Analysts.
- 1+ years working with Kanban methodology.
- PMP Certification.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.
- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
Preferred Skills & Experience: - Product Owner experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience working with Data Analysts or Data Scientists.
- Prior IT experience (analyst, programmer, or similar).
- dditional PMI or Agile/Scrum certifications.
Technical Knowledge (Desirable): - ServiceNow
- Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
Interview Process: - Video interviews only.
- Second-round interviews will be conducted if necessary.
- Scheduling will begin immediately after screening qualified candidates.
