Monitor Progress and Control Project Execution -- Track KPIs, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on scope, schedule, and budget.
Communicate with Stakeholders and Leadership -- Serve as the primary interface for Kronos leadership and operations stakeholders - providing clear, consistent reporting and alignment
Manage Change, Quality, and Project Closeout -- Control scope changes, ensure quality standards are met, and lead commissioning, handover, documentation, and lessons learned activities.
