Full Job Description
The Project Manager, Profitable Volume Growth, plays a critical role in driving execution, governance, and value realization across the Sales & Marketing Value Creation Program. This role serves as the operational backbone of the workstream, coordinating initiatives across Dealer Performance, Vehicle Optimization, Market Intelligence, Owner Loyalty, Vehicle Allocation & Distribution, Customer Experience, Inventory Management, and Sales Operations to accelerate profitable growth and market share gains.

The successful candidate will partner closely with workstream leaders, initiative owners, finance teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure disciplined project management, milestone delivery, performance tracking, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. This individual will help translate strategy into measurable actions while maintaining a relentless focus on business impact and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Workstream Management
  • Lead day-to-day coordination of the Profitable Volume Growth workstream portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestone tracking, dependencies, and critical path activities.
  • Establish governance processes to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making.
  • Coordinate workstream reviews, steering committee updates, and executive leadership presentations.
  • Monitor initiative progress and proactively identify risks, challenges, and mitigation actions.

Performance & Value Tracking
  • Partner with Finance and initiative owners to track value creation targets, KPIs, and business outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into performance and execution status.
  • Monitor implementation effectiveness and support course corrections to maximize impact.
  • Ensure alignment between operational actions and financial outcomes.

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Facilitate collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Dealer Network Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Planning, Customer Experience, Analytics teams and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Drive alignment among multiple initiative owners and stakeholders to remove barriers and accelerate execution.
  • Support prioritization efforts and resource allocation decisions across competing initiatives.

Executive Communications & Governance
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, scorecards, and progress updates for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate workstream governance meetings, action item tracking, and decision logs.
  • Ensure leadership teams have clear visibility into accomplishments, risks, and value realization opportunities.

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve decision-making, and enhance execution discipline.
  • Apply project management best practices to improve workstream efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, speed, and results-oriented execution consistent with VCP objectives.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, consulting, sales operations, or strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Automotive, retail, commercial, or dealership experience.
  • Experience supporting transformation, performance improvement, or value creation programs.
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics, market intelligence, inventory optimization, or commercial operations.
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, KPI management, and value realization methodologies.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.
